Lies

You lie
to seek
to control
your life.

You won’t
take responsibility
for your actions
but escape by lying.

You write words
that sound true
but are only used
to hide the truth.

Like a letter
from Saddam
that pretends
to obey resolutions.

Repent and speak the truth
in love.
Confess
to be healed.

Be transparent.
Open to Me.
Don’t fear
to be honest.
